We have a very unique program at CrossFit Radford – especially for people who are new to CrossFit and weightlifting. We start everyone off with a complimentary 20-min fitness goals assessment. The purpose of this session is to get to know you, your unique goals and to determine if CrossFit Radford will be your best path to success.
