The Foundations Program is where all new athletes begin their journey at CrossFit CrossFit Radford. This program is designed to teach you everything you need to know to get started with your training at CFR. We will introduce you to all the foundational movements with tips to optimize safety and efficiency, teach you the nutritional strategies that we use to get incredible results and show you exactly how to ramp up intensity appropriately to ensure you get the very most out of your training everyday.

The CrossFit Radford Group Training Program is a functional strength and conditioning program with constantly varied workouts that are sure to provide superior results in all aspects of fitness. At CFR, we combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and endurance activities like running and rowing in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. We utilize everything from the basic (but all important) air squat, to the most technical Olympic lifts and make it scaleable for anyone at every level. Everyone receives the individual attention they deserve as a member of CrossFit Radford Group Training.

CrossFit Radford Personal Training is perfect for those that are serious and committed to maximizing their potential. Whether you are just getting started on your fitness journey or trying to become the fittest on Earth, we are able to give you the support you need. You can set up a single appointment or a recurring arrangement based on your needs. CrossFit Radford 1-on-1 Personal Training sessions are a perfect complement to add on to your CrossFit Radford Personal Coaching or CrossFit Radford Group Training membership. Non-CrossFit Radford members are also more than welcome to come in and work 1-on-1 with our CFR Coaches.

CrossFit Radford Personal Coaching is the most effective and efficient way to increase your competition level. Your coach will work with you to help define your current level, conduct a comprehensive assessment to determine a course of action that will benefit you, and coach you one-on-one through a personalized program targeted at achieving your goals as quickly as possible.
